How much does one of your guitar cost?

Well it all depends on the instrument. But to make a long story short, Archtops are typically in the (CAN)$4000-8000 range, whereas Steel-Strings and Electrics usually go for a tad cheaper. I agree that it's definitely more money than what one would normally pay for a typical mass-produced instrument but keep in mind that what you're getting is a lot more: high end and well-seasoned tone woods, top quality hardware and components and of course, a unique design that, I guarantee, will make you and your instrument stand out in a crowd. So, more money yes, but substantially more bang for the buck!

Are they all really "one of a kind" ?

Yup! They all are.

How long is it going to take for you to build me one ?

6 months is a typical delivery time, but it is sometimes less (depending on how busy I am and/or how complex is the instrument to build.
